I have 3 beautiful children Lainee 23, Ashley 21, and Zachary 16. I enjoy reading, bike riding and my most favorite thing to do is go to the ocean. I go to Cornerstone Christian Church. I’ve been been working in the pest industry for 7 years. I enjoy working for a company that is so well rounded and makes you feel like a part of the family.

Joanne Bartlett

I am married to a wonderful husband and most of all my friend. We both have been married before and are blessed
that we have each other. We have 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter who are the apple of our eyes. We are also the proud Great Auntie and Great Uncle to 7 nieces and 5 nephews. We have 2 adorable cats, Scooter (orange) & Callie (calico), Callie thinks she is a “Princess”.

I enjoy gardening, reading, rubber stamping (I make all my own cards) and my most favorite is camping in our trailer at any chance we can get away. I have been with McCauley Brothers Termite & Pest Services for 5 years. This is a truly great company to work for because I believe in what our company stands for, which is to assist our customer in obtaining the help he or she needs and putting their concerns first.

Glen McCauley

Glen has over twenty years of business experience including the past 10 years in pest control management. Previously, he owned and operated the family Feed and Farm Supply Store, servicing much of Brentwood and Antioch for many years. In addition to a thorough knowledge of all facets of Pest Control, Glen brings an entrepreneurial dedication to the business as well as excellent customer service experience.
Having grown up in Brentwood, Glen has a long history with the community. As the McCauley Brothers continue to grow their Pest Control enterprise throughout the county, Glen views this as an investment to nurture and in return reap the reward of actively participating and contributing to the quality of life in the area. Glen enjoys various outdoor activities including cycling and running. Glen and his son Trenton go camping several times a year, taking in the California coastline at Pismo Beach on their ATV’s.

Chris Conover

I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Stefanie for 16 years. We have three wonderful kids. Our son Josh (23), he is a U.S. Marine attending Traffic Control School. Daughters, Jessi (16) a junior in high school and Kylie is our youngest at (11) she is our princess. My dog Junior is (4) and is the most spoiled. I have been in the pest control business since 1987. I have gained knowledge not only in Pest Control but in Horticultural Pest Control for Trees, Plants and Weed control.

Dave Chitwood

I have been in the pest control industry for over 25 years. During that time I have been a pest control technician, sales person, termite inspector, termite operator, construction manager and technical director / trainer. It is great working with people who I have been associated with for years. McCauley Brothers is a great company that offers a wide variety of services to our customers and I am glad to be a part of this team. I enjoy working out, hiking, motorcycle trips, and music.

Deane Sheppard

I started in the pest control industry as a technician, 24 years ago. I have been working for the McCauley's since 1996, and enjoy every minute of it! I believe in providing our customers with the "wow" factor, from our office staff to our technicians. I love spending time with my three boys, competing in triathlons, and horseback riding.
