Lee Grimshaw
I have been married for 33 years to my wife Debbie. We have 3 children with one daughter still living at home. She graduated from High School May 2009. We have 2 grandsons that are living in Oklahoma with our oldest daughter. We keep trying to get her to move closer so we can see our grandsons more often. I have done all three parts to Eppie’s Great Race in Sacramento.

I like to go camping with family & friends. Spending an evening reading a good book is time well spent. I have been doing pest control since 1978. I have seen many trends come and go in pest control but one thing that has been constant is providing quality service.
I take pride in my work. I work with every customer whether residential, commercial or industrial, large or small to solve their pest problem and keep their home or business pest free.

Jason Byrd

I was born in San Francisco and raised in Santa Rosa. My hobbies are working out at the gym, snow boarding and going to the lake. I enjoy meeting new people. I’m looking forward to one day having a family of my own, as for now McCauley Brothers opens its doors with a family environment. The greatest reward in working with our customers is to see the satisfaction on their faces when they know their problems have been solved. I have gained a lot of knowledge working at McCauley Brothers Pest. Currently I’m learning the Horticultural Pest Control for trees, plants and weed control.

Craig Morton

I am originally from Lake Berryessa now living in Santa Rosa. My sister and I are both techs in the pest field, taught by our father who has been in the pest field for 30 years. I pride myself on my knowledge and ability as a tech because of the person who taught me. I strive to learn more about pest control as well as educate those also in the field and those who use pest service. When I’m not working, Celtic music is my passion. I listen, sing it, and I am currently learning to play it. Irish blood flows through my veins and I have a celtic heart that beats a jig.

I love seeing live music whether its Irish, Rock, Blues, Country or Folk. I am drawn to music festivals as well as local music sessions. I occasionally roadie for a band in San Francisco, I also participate with a dance group throughout the year with the Renaissance Faires and during the month of October I can be found at Discovery Kingdom as one of their veteran Zombies for Fright Fest, just listen for the sound of dragging chains, that’s me. Any other time I am vegged out on video games.

Bill Bankson

Born and raised in Pittsburg Ca. I have a beautiful wife of 42 years. Two great children, and a house full of dogs at any given time. My wife and I breed, raise and sell Havanese dogs. When I am not working or with my family, you can find me on the Golf Course. I enjoy working for McCauley Brothers and being around people who are caring, nice and treat me like family. Keeping my customers happy is my main philosophy.

John Phillips

I grew up in a little farming community outside Hayward called Mt. Eden. I’m an old farm boy. I have been married for the past 36 years. We have two children and four grandchildren. Some of my hobbies are Golfing, Fishing & working on my muscle car /1966 GTO. I like to play Ping-Pong, Baseball & Jet Ski. Some of the most important things to me in my life are Family, Friends & Health.

In the short time that I’ve been with McCauley Brothers I have had the pleasure to work with a lot of great people. With 40 years experience in the industry, I am hoping to bring my knowledge of the pest control industry to McCauley Brothers. I have been involved with McCauley Brothers Termite for the past 4 years and now have moved into the Pest section of the company. I have worked in my fathers construction business for many years. When I’m not working, I enjoy Dirt Biking & Paintballing as well as spending time with my family.

I’ve been working for the McCauley Brothers for over 10 years. I have in the past done general pest control work on residential and commercial properties throughout Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Over the past two years I have gained valuable experience in Turf Care and Weed Control.

I am new to the pest control industry. I have been in pest control for 2 years and enjoying every minute of it. I am also newly married. In my free time I enjoy hunting and I am on a pit crew for a race car team locally. My customers are very important to me and providing them with quality service is my goal.

Michael Faulkenberry

I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Nancy for 31 years. We have two miniature Doberman Pinchers, Harley and Reyna who we love and take everywhere. I enjoy riding motorcycles, bowling, waterskiing, and going to the gym. I've been brought up with the work ethics of treating people the way you want to be treated. It is so important to me that I get to know my customers and their families.

I was born in San Francisco and lived in the greater bay area all my life until I migrated to Sonoma County 3 years ago. I am the father of 2 young men and I have 3 beautiful granddaughters, which is quite different from boys. I love the outdoors ( camping, fishing and all kinds of sports). I also love to go to the races.

I was raised in Pittsburg. I have one son whom I adore. I have been in the pest control industry serving homes for 6 years. I am a new member to McCauley Brothers and I enjoy working for a company that cares. I enjoy spending time with my family and soccer.

Randy Howerton

Joe LaBoffa

I became a pest control technician and termite inspector in 1993 and have been in the construction trades for over 25 years. I am proud to be part of the McCauley Brothers family and work with a quality company that knows how to truly take care of its customers. I enjoy coaching Little League Baseball, helping my neighbors, working around the house and generally staying busy, although I do sneak in a little Nascar watching every now and then.

I was born and raised in Marin County and moved to Sonoma County in 1987 where I met my beautiful wife. We have a 21 year old son. I enjoy spending time with my family. In my spare time I like going boating, fishing, swimming and camping. I also enjoy watching the 49ers, Giants & Sharks. I have been in the Pest Control business since 1989. I like being a part of the pest industry and meeting new people. It's always something new everyday and I look forward to the challenges.

I was born in San Pablo and have lived in the bay area all my life.  I come from a family that does Pest Control.
My father has been in the industry for 30 years and then my younger brother became a Pest Control Technician.
I have been doing Pest Control for 4 years now.  In my spare time I enjoy painting plaster ornaments and figurines and making flowers out of decorative ribbon and arranging them in bouquets.
